The problem
Therapist sessions, attendance and billing all lived in spreadsheets. Closing the month meant one person reconciling everything by hand — two days of work, and errors that surfaced weeks later.

The questions we get on every first call.
How fast do we actually see something working?
The audit takes one to two weeks. The first automation is usually live within 30 days of signing — and it's deliberately one you'll notice, so the value is obvious before the invoice is due.
Do we have to replace the tools we already use?
No. That's the whole approach. We connect to what you already run on — Gmail or Outlook, your CRM, spreadsheets, Slack, WhatsApp — and automate around it. If a tool genuinely can't do the job we'll say so, but we don't migrate you for the sake of it.
Who owns the licences, the automations and the data?
You do. You buy AI tool subscriptions directly from the vendors at their list price — we never resell software or take a margin on it. The automations, assistants and documentation we build are yours to keep, including if you stop working with us.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many workflows are in scope and how many systems have to talk to each other, so we quote per engagement rather than publishing a list price. What we can tell you early: the audit is a fixed fee, and we'll walk away from an automation whose build cost won't be back inside a year.
Our data is sensitive. How do you handle it?
We work under a signed NDA and a data processing agreement, we build inside your own accounts and tenancies wherever possible, and we scope what a workflow can reach to the minimum it needs. Where regulation requires it, we keep processing inside the EU. Read more on the about page.
Are you only working with businesses in Portugal?
We're based in Lisbon and most of our work is Portuguese, but the delivery is remote-first and we work across Europe. Discovery, training and support all run fine over video.
