Manual collection & entry
Pulling numbers out of emails, portals and spreadsheets and typing them somewhere else. Every day. Slow, error-prone, entirely avoidable.
AI automation consultancy — Lisbon & Europe
We connect AI to the tools your business already runs on — inbox, CRM, spreadsheets, WhatsApp — and automate the work that repeats. No new platform to learn. First automation live in 30 days.
Working with businesses across Portugal and Europe
Where the week goes
Almost every business we walk into is losing time in the same four places. The work repeats, it doesn't require judgement, and nobody enjoys doing it.
Pulling numbers out of emails, portals and spreadsheets and typing them somewhere else. Every day. Slow, error-prone, entirely avoidable.
Follow-ups, confirmations, status updates, chase-ups. They all say roughly the same thing every time. They should not be typed by a person.
Someone assembles a report that looks exactly like last week's. The data sits in three places. It takes half a day. It does this fifty times a year.
Numbers live in Excel, email, WhatsApp and two other apps, and someone spends their morning keeping them in agreement with each other.
23 hours a week is not a productivity problem. It's a payroll line.
Across a four-person team at a €30/hour loaded cost, that's roughly €36,000 a year spent on copy-paste. Illustrative — on the first call we run the same arithmetic with your real numbers.
The shift
Nothing gets ripped out. The same tools, the same people — the repetitive half of the job simply stops needing a human.
The process
We don't arrive with a finished solution and a twelve-month contract. We start by watching how your team actually works, then build only what earns its keep.
A conversation about how the work really moves through your business — not the org chart, the actual day. We find the tasks that repeat, put hours against them, and show you which ones are worth automating first.
We build the automations and wire them into the tools your team already opens every morning — email, CRM, Slack, spreadsheets, WhatsApp. No new platform to log into. No disruption while we work.
Automations break when the business around them changes. We monitor what's running, fix what drifts, add new workflows as they surface, and send one monthly page showing exactly how many hours came back.
What we build
Every engagement is some combination of these. What changes is the order, not the ingredients.
Quotes, follow-ups, handovers, reminders, approvals. The steps that repeat get triggered by events instead of by people remembering.
When nothing off the shelf fits the way you work, we build the small, focused app your team needs — and nothing else.
Answers drawn from your documents, your pricing and your tone of voice — not from the open internet. Useful on day one because it already knows your context.
Numbers pulled from every source you use, reconciled, laid out the way you like to read them, and delivered on a schedule you set once.
Invoices, contracts, forms, order confirmations — read, extracted, checked, filed and pushed into the system that needs them.
Your people learn the workflows we built and how to push them further. The goal is that nothing important depends on us being reachable.
Real builds
Both of these started as a thirty-minute conversation about where the week was going.
Auto & import
The problem
A car importer spent the best part of every week manually browsing auction platforms, filtering by model, year, mileage and condition, trying not to miss the cars worth bidding on.
What we built
A scraping engine that sweeps every major auction platform against his exact buying criteria and delivers one curated weekly shortlist — each vehicle scored, with a direct bid link.
Healthcare · child therapy clinic
The problem
Therapist sessions, attendance and billing all lived in spreadsheets. Closing the month meant one person reconciling everything by hand — two days of work, and errors that surfaced weeks later.
What we built
A central platform where each therapist logs their own sessions as they happen. Attendance, billing and the month-end close all run off that single record, on schedule, without anyone assembling it.
How we work together
Three stages, each one useful on its own. You can stop after any of them and keep everything we built.
We map where your hours actually go and tell you what's worth automating — in priority order, with the numbers attached.
We build what the audit ranked highest, connect it to your existing stack, and train the people who'll live with it.
Someone owns the thing after launch. We monitor what's running, repair what drifts, and keep adding workflows.
