Is the first call really free?
Yes, and it isn't a disguised sales pitch. You'll leave with two or three concrete automation ideas and a rough sense of the hours behind each, whether or not you go any further. The paid work starts at the audit.
How small is too small?
Not very. If one person is losing five hours a week to something repetitive, there's usually a build worth doing. Below that, the honest answer is often to fix the process rather than automate it — and we'll say so.
We're not sure what could be automated. Is that a problem?
It's the normal starting point. Most people know which task they hate; almost nobody arrives with a specification. Describing a typical Tuesday is enough for us to work with.
Do you sign an NDA before we talk specifics?
Happily, and before discovery as standard. Send yours over or ask us for ours — either works.
Can we do this in Portuguese?
Of course. Calls, training and documentation all run in Portuguese or English, whichever your team works in.
