What we actually do.

Not strategy decks. We map where your hours go, build the automations that take them back, and stay on to keep them running. Below is the whole menu and exactly how an engagement is structured.

Capabilities

Six things we build.

Most engagements combine three or four of these. The right mix comes out of the audit — we don't decide it before we've watched how you work.

Workflow automation

A trigger happens — a form is submitted, an email arrives, a deal moves stage, a date passes — and the sequence that used to need a person runs on its own. This is the largest share of what we build, and usually the fastest to pay for itself.

Custom internal tools

Sometimes the honest answer is that no product on the market matches how you work, and bending your process to fit one costs more than building the right thing. We build small, focused internal apps — the kind with four screens that one team uses every day.

Assistants trained on your business

An assistant is only useful when it knows your context. We load yours with your product documentation, pricing rules, past proposals, policies and tone of voice, then put it where the work already happens — the CRM, the shared inbox, the team chat.

Reporting that builds itself

The report exists because someone needs to make a decision on Monday. We pull the numbers from every source they live in, reconcile them, lay them out the way you read them, and deliver on the schedule you set once and then forget about.

Document & data processing

Paperwork arrives in whatever shape the sender felt like using. We read it, pull out the fields that matter, validate them against what you already hold, flag the ones a human should look at, and file the rest where they belong.

Training & enablement

Automation that only one person understands is a risk, not an asset. We train the team on what we built, hand over documentation written in their language, and record the sessions so the person who joins in March gets the same briefing.

The engagement model

Three stages. Stop after any of them.

Each stage stands on its own and produces something you keep. Nobody signs a twelve-month contract before they've seen us build anything.

Stage 01 · 1–2 weeks

Opportunity Audit

Before anything gets built, we find out where the hours actually go — and tell you honestly which ones are worth buying back.

Fee · Fixed, quoted upfrontYour time · ~4 hours
  • Structured interviews with the people doing the repetitive work
  • Workflow map of how tasks move through the business today
  • Time audit: hours per task, per week, per team
  • Ranked shortlist of automations with effort and payback against each
  • Written report plus a 90-minute walkthrough with your leadership
  • Yours to keep and act on — with us or without us

Stage 02 · 3–6 weeks

Build & Integrate

We build what the audit ranked highest, wire it into your existing stack, and make sure your team can run it without us in the room.

Fee · Quoted per scopeFirst result · ~30 days
  • Automations built, tested and live in production
  • Assistants and prompt libraries trained on your own material
  • Integrations across the tools you already use
  • Three training sessions, recorded and yours to keep
  • Documentation and SOPs written for your team
  • 30 days of support after handover, included

Stage 03 · monthly

Run & Grow

Automations drift when the business around them changes. This is the stage where someone owns that — so it isn't the person who has other work to do.

Fee · Monthly retainerTerm · Rolling, 30 days' notice
  • Monitoring and repair across everything we've built
  • New automations added every month
  • Priority response when something breaks
  • Quarterly review of what to build next
  • Monthly report: hours recovered, what ran, what needs attention
  • Ongoing training as your team changes
Talk about a retainer

Why there are no prices on this page

Two businesses of the same size can be a €6,000 job and a €60,000 job depending on how many systems have to talk to each other and how clean the data is. Quoting before we've looked would mean padding the number to cover our own uncertainty — you'd pay for that padding. The audit is fixed-fee and quoted upfront; everything after it is priced against a scope you've already seen.

The stack

We build on the tools you already pay for.

And on the automation platforms that connect them. If you already have licences, we use them. If you don't, you buy them directly from the vendor at list price — we take no margin and no commission on software.

Boundaries

What we don't do.

Worth knowing before the first call, because these are the four things that most often turn an automation project into a bad one.

We don't resell software

You buy your AI and automation licences directly from the vendors, at their price. We take no margin, no commission and no kickback. Our fee is for the labour, the expertise and the IP we build — which means our advice on which tool to use isn't quietly for sale.

We don't lock you in

Everything is built inside your accounts, under your ownership, and documented well enough that another firm could pick it up. If you stop working with us, you keep the automations, the assistants, the prompt libraries and the documentation.

We don't automate a broken process

Automating a bad workflow gives you a bad workflow running faster and more often. When the audit finds a process that needs fixing before it's worth wiring up, we say so — even when the honest answer is a smaller project than you asked us to quote.

We don't sell AI you don't need

A good share of what we build isn't AI at all — it's plain integration between two systems that were never introduced. If a problem is solved better by a rule than a model, we build the rule and charge you less.

Next step

Start with the audit.

One to two weeks, a fixed fee quoted before we begin, and a ranked list of what's worth automating in your business — whether or not you build it with us.

Typical first month

  • Week 1 — interviews and workflow mapping
  • Week 2 — audit report and ranked shortlist
  • Weeks 3–4 — first automation built and tested
  • Day 30 — live in production, team trained on it
